Aspects of our future were clear, our technology is export-controlled. This commodity classification is from 2021.

The United States Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security classifed our technology under ECCN 5D002. Software classified as ECCN 5D002 is controlled for National Security (“NS”) and Encryption Items (“EI”) reasons, and BIS requires a license or other authorization (i.e., license exception) for exports of 5D002 software to all destinations, except Canada.

That means, we cannot legally export the technology to national adversaries, ie. Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Afghanistan and Yemen. Except, as nothing stays the same and we’re always changing to remain. The recent so-called partnership with other national adversaries such as Russia are also on our internal company block list. It is disheartening to know that Hegseth orders suspension of cyber, information operations planning against Russia.

One thing is macro clear, that Russians are living happier everywhere else except in Russia.
