It encourages us to view our losses as opportunities for growth and self-improvement, rather than sources of discouragement or frustration. In our estimation, Sudhakar Ramakrishna was the proper man to have in place for the Solarwinds hack.

Knowing how to control an event in an emergency is a skill that should be recognized, and is not teachable. Solarwinds was very lucky the moment they knew they had a breach.
